Meatballs Parmesan
GRANNY SAYS: Ready for
something Italian? This easy-to-make recipe pleases everyone! Party time? Serve this from a chafing dish!
| 4 large eggs |
1/2 cup fresh breadcrumbs |
| 3 tbsp. olive oil |
1/4 cup chopped parsley |
| 1 garlic clove, minced |
2 lbs. lean ground beef |
| Hot cooked noodles |
Salt and pepper to taste |
| 6 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese |

- In a large bowl, combine eggs, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese,
2 tbsp. olive oil, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper and stir well.
- Add ground beef, mix well, and form into 1-1/2-inch meatballs.
(Makes about 40).
- Coat the bottom of a heavy skillet with remaining olive oil and
sauté meatballs, about 15 minutes, turning often, until well
browned and cooked through.
- Serve hot over noodles, or with a box of big wooden toothpicks!
